Focus 3.0 Customer Center:
|
Since Focuspoint became part of the AMS LLC family of
companies, we have further enhanced the patented Focus scripting tool and embedded it into our new online
Customer Center. Not only can you manage your
production requests, but also every aspect of your account
with a few simple clicks of the mouse.

the Client Login button above to access the Customer
Center and the New Focus 3.0
System. See step by step instructions below. |

Step By Step Instructions |
|
|
- Click the CLIENT LOGIN
button above
- The User ID is your email
address
- The password is your
account number
- If you cannot log in, we
either have the wrong email address on file or you need the
correct account number.
Email or call 800.584.4653, ext. 377 and we will give
you access.
- Next look for the heading
named Custom and click the link named "Scripts".
- Use the drop down menu to
select the appropriate location or script
- Click the "Select Company"
button
-
Make
any changes or provide notes in the Script box on
the right side of the screen
-
Choose
your voice talent gender and up to 2 music styles in the drop down
boxes
-
Leave any special
comments for your writer in the "Comments" box
-
If you would like to
return to work on the script later, click the "Save" button
-
When you are satisfied
with your revisions, click the "Approve and Submit" button
-
Click the link on the
left named, "Return to Customer Center" then click "Sign
Out"
-
Your request will be
delivered to our writers for review and processing
